Vossloh HSG-city Rail Grinder
The Vossloh HSG-city is a compact, non-powered high-speed grinding vehicle for preventive rail maintenance on urban, metro and tunnel networks. Its passively driven grinding stones work during normal operating windows at published speeds of 8–60 km/h.

What is the Vossloh HSG-city?
HSG-city applies Vossloh’s High Speed Grinding principle in a compact vehicle developed for restricted urban infrastructure. The grinding stones rotate through contact with the rail rather than powered grinding motors. The vehicle is hauled as an end vehicle and can work without conventional possession-intensive grinding cycles.
