Le processus de construction des voies ferr\u00e9es a beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-eb4ebb3c\"><div class=\"dynamic-entry-content\"><p>Le d\u00e9veloppement progressif \u00e9volue avec la mise \u00e0 niveau de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voies ferr\u00e9es \u00e0 vendre<\/a>. En particulier lorsqu'il s'agit de construire une ligne \u00e0 grande vitesse avec des rails plus longs (une section de 500 m\u00e8tres ou plus), l'efficacit\u00e9 des travaux de construction est essentielle.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processus de construction de voies ferr\u00e9es<\/h3><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pr\u00e9paration logistique<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Une station logistique est choisie aussi pr\u00e8s que possible du chantier ferroviaire. Tout le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la construction ferroviaire y est stock\u00e9. Des traverses en b\u00e9ton ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9es strat\u00e9giquement. C'est pourquoi d'autres moyens de transport sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s dans un premier temps, et seule une petite quantit\u00e9 de ballast (voire seulement deux couches de ballast sous les rails) est pos\u00e9e. Les trains sont utilis\u00e9s pour remplir le ballast d\u00e8s que possible apr\u00e8s la pose des rails.<\/p><p>Les travaux de ballastage comprennent de nombreuses op\u00e9rations telles que le transport, le d\u00e9chargement, l'\u00e9pandage, le levage des rails, le calage des rails, le bourrage et le profilage du lit de ballast. Parmi celles-ci, le transport et le d\u00e9chargement du ballast sont principalement effectu\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de v\u00e9hicules automatiques sp\u00e9ciaux de d\u00e9chargement de ballast. Elle peut poser de nouvelles traverses, enfiler de nouveaux rails et fixer les rails aux traverses.<\/p><p>Le nouveau rail qui \u00e9tait auparavant positionn\u00e9 le long des c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la voie qui s'enfilait dans les guides de rail situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l'avant de l'unit\u00e9. Le syst\u00e8me de commande principal surveille les syst\u00e8mes de convoyage et le m\u00e9canisme de trottoir. Le portique automoteur alimente les syst\u00e8mes de convoyage en traverses. Le portique se d\u00e9place vers le convoyeur de r\u00e9ception des traverses, d\u00e9pose les traverses et retourne au wagon d'alimentation en traverses pour un autre chargement. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es par le portique, les traverses sont achemin\u00e9es par un syst\u00e8me de convoyage vers la zone de d\u00e9pose. Elles sont d\u00e9charg\u00e9es du m\u00e9canisme de pose et espac\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9cision sur la plate-forme. Une fois que le rail a pass\u00e9 les guides, il est achemin\u00e9 vers une station de calibrage. La pose finale du rail sur les traverses est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par un op\u00e9rateur qui guide le rail sur le si\u00e8ge de la traverse. Le clipsage est effectu\u00e9 par un m\u00e9canisme de pince \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re de la machine. \u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les traverses et les rails sont pos\u00e9s en une seule fois.<\/li><\/ul><p>Une autre m\u00e9thode d'installation des voies ferr\u00e9es consiste \u00e0 poser des rails pr\u00e9assembl\u00e9s avec des traverses. Les sections de rails et de traverses sont assembl\u00e9es \u00e0 l'avance dans la zone logistique. Elles sont ensuite charg\u00e9es sur un wagon plat sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 roues qui les transporte jusqu'\u00e0 la machine de pose de voies. Cette machine a une structure simple avec une potence qui soul\u00e8ve les rails assembl\u00e9s pour les poser sur le ballast. Une fois une section termin\u00e9e, un autre levage commence pour relier les deux parties des rails.<\/p><p>Points \u00e0 noter :<\/p><p>Lors de la pose des voies ferr\u00e9es, l'avant des nouveaux rails qui viennent d'\u00eatre pos\u00e9s doit \u00eatre correctement rembourr\u00e9 avec du ballast afin d'\u00e9viter qu'il ne soit abaiss\u00e9 par les roues avant de la machine de pose, ce qui pourrait compliquer le processus de raccordement des rails. Il convient \u00e9galement de pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat de la plate-forme, en particulier dans les zones o\u00f9 celle-ci est meuble ou o\u00f9 les conditions g\u00e9ologiques sont mauvaises, et de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des travaux de renforcement \u00e0 l'avance.
