Sous l'action r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e des vibrations \u00e0 long terme du train, le ballast pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fauts tels que des n\u0153uds, une diminution de l'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et des entailles dans la plate-forme.<\/li><\/ol><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mesures pour r\u00e9parer et entretenir les voies ferr\u00e9es<\/h3><p>Les mesures visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le glissement des rails consistent principalement \u00e0 augmenter la longueur verticale de la ligne et \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9sistance au glissement entre la traverse et la plate-forme. La m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 maintenir la section transversale standard de la plate-forme, \u00e0 s'assurer que l'\u00e9paisseur du ballast souterrain de la traverse est suffisante, que le ballast \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la traverse est plein et que les \u00e9paulements de ballast aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la traverse sont suffisamment larges. Utilisez un fer \u00e0 repasser ou des joints de rail courb\u00e9s pour corriger les filetages des rails \u00e0 gauche et \u00e0 droite, en haut et en bas. Maintenez la distance entre deux sections de rails \u00e0 moins de 8 mm.<\/p><p>Le ballast doit toujours \u00eatre maintenu plein, uniforme et propre, et doit \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9 en fonction de l'\u00e9tat de salet\u00e9 de la plate-forme. Si elle est cass\u00e9e, il suffira de remplacer les pi\u00e8ces. L'entrep\u00f4t de maintenance contient un grand nombre de pi\u00e8ces. Ces pi\u00e8ces sont toutes class\u00e9es par section, et le remplacement des rails ne n\u00e9cessite pas trop de main-d'\u0153uvre. Il existe des v\u00e9hicules sp\u00e9ciaux enti\u00e8rement automatiques pour le remplacement des rails \u00e0 des fins de maintenance.
