Las juntas de carril, tambi\u00e9n denominadas placas de pescado o barras de uni\u00f3n, son un m\u00e9todo tradicional en el que los segmentos de carril se conectan entre s\u00ed mediante pernos o clavos. Por otro lado, la soldadura de carriles es un enfoque moderno que se refiere a la soldadura de segmentos de carril para crear una v\u00eda continua. Por este motivo, este enfoque tambi\u00e9n se conoce como ra\u00edles soldados continuos (CWR). Dado que las juntas tradicionales de los ra\u00edles causan algunos problemas de seguridad y funcionamiento ferroviario con el paso del tiempo, la soldadura de ra\u00edles se ha convertido en una soluci\u00f3n alternativa.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-group cta is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6c531013 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\"><p>Al soldar los ra\u00edles, aumenta la vida \u00fatil de la v\u00eda y se minimiza la necesidad de mantenimiento. Sin embargo, una soldadura de ra\u00edles no cualificada y adecuada no s\u00f3lo causa m\u00e1s problemas, sino que tambi\u00e9n puede intensificar los anteriores y hacer que los ra\u00edles sean inseguros. Existen varias soluciones para garantizar que un m\u00e9todo de soldadura de ra\u00edles es adecuado y se realiza correctamente. La inspecci\u00f3n visual, tradicional o autom\u00e1tica, es una de las m\u00e1s comunes.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adortech.com\/blog\/non-destructive-testing\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5641\">ensayos no destructivos<\/a>\u00a0m\u00e9todos para inspeccionar las soldaduras de los ra\u00edles. Pero este m\u00e9todo no es muy fiable. La penetraci\u00f3n, la radiograf\u00eda y los ensayos con part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas son otros m\u00e9todos no destructivos eficaces para inspeccionar las soldaduras de los ra\u00edles y comprobar si son aptas o no.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, los ensayos por corrientes de Foucault y los ensayos por ultrasonidos son los m\u00e9todos de ensayo no destructivos m\u00e1s fiables que desempe\u00f1an un papel importante en la inspecci\u00f3n de soldaduras ferroviarias y la identificaci\u00f3n de posibles defectos. La medici\u00f3n l\u00e1ser es otro m\u00e9todo de ensayo no destructivo utilizado para inspeccionar eficazmente las juntas de soldadura de los ra\u00edles. De este modo, se garantizan la propiedad y la seguridad de las v\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s, los distintos tipos de soldadura de ra\u00edles proporcionan diferentes niveles de calidad en funci\u00f3n de su m\u00e9todo y de los materiales, tipos y condiciones del ra\u00edl. La aplicaci\u00f3n de la soldadura de ra\u00edles es un factor que influye en la elecci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos de soldadura de ra\u00edles. Por ejemplo, el m\u00e9todo utilizado en la soldadura de campo (soldadura in situ) debe ser diferente del utilizado en la soldadura de planta (ajuste de f\u00e1brica). La disposici\u00f3n y el estado del emplazamiento, la calidad preferida de la soldadura, el material del ra\u00edl, el presupuesto y el calendario son otros factores de los que dependen los m\u00e9todos de soldadura de ra\u00edles. Los tipos m\u00e1s comunes de soldadura de ra\u00edles son los siguientes:<\/p><ul><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura con termita <\/strong>La soldadura de ra\u00edles con termita es uno de los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s tradicionales y comunes de soldadura de ra\u00edles, que consiste en generar calor extremo mediante una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica derivada de una mezcla de aluminio y \u00f3xido de hierro. El calor generado funde ambos extremos del ra\u00edl y crea una uni\u00f3n utilizando un molde especial. Este m\u00e9todo es adecuado para la soldadura y reparaci\u00f3n sobre el terreno, especialmente en casos en los que la sustituci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda es costosa, debido a su rentabilidad, durabilidad y sencillez. Sin embargo, la soldadura de carriles con termita es un proceso que requiere mucho tiempo y no estar\u00e1 cualificado si el operario no es experto y h\u00e1bil.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura a presi\u00f3n con gas <\/strong>La soldadura por gas a presi\u00f3n es otro m\u00e9todo de soldadura de ra\u00edles en el que la llama de gas procedente de la reacci\u00f3n del ox\u00edgeno y el acetileno (oxiacetileno) calienta ambos extremos de los ra\u00edles, haci\u00e9ndolos flexibles. A continuaci\u00f3n, los ra\u00edles reblandecidos se forjan aplicando presi\u00f3n para crear una uni\u00f3n sin juntas. La soldadura por gas a presi\u00f3n es adecuada para la soldadura sobre el terreno y requiere equipos especiales que suponen un coste elevado y un proceso largo. Aunque puede ser uno de los mejores m\u00e9todos de soldadura de ra\u00edles debido a que crea una uni\u00f3n fuerte y sin juntas entre dos ra\u00edles sin utilizar ning\u00fan material de relleno adicional.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico <\/strong>La soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico es un m\u00e9todo vers\u00e1til que puede utilizarse tanto en procesos de construcci\u00f3n como de mantenimiento en la industria ferroviaria. En este m\u00e9todo, el calor generado por un arco el\u00e9ctrico funde tanto los extremos del carril como el electrodo, prepar\u00e1ndolos para formarse y conectarse entre s\u00ed. Adem\u00e1s de su aplicaci\u00f3n tanto en el mantenimiento como en la construcci\u00f3n, la soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico puede utilizarse para diversos tipos de ra\u00edles. Este m\u00e9todo tambi\u00e9n es rentable y crea una soldadura de alta calidad. Sin embargo, es crucial realizar correctamente el precalentamiento y todo el proceso de soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico para evitar grietas en la soldadura.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura a tope por chispa <\/strong>La soldadura a tope por destello, tambi\u00e9n conocida como soldadura por resistencia, es un m\u00e9todo com\u00fan que utiliza la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica para unir dos segmentos de ra\u00edl. Al pasar una fuerte corriente el\u00e9ctrica a trav\u00e9s del hueco entre dos extremos de ra\u00edl, se genera resistencia el\u00e9ctrica. El calor derivado de la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica funde ligeramente los extremos del ra\u00edl. A la temperatura adecuada, dos segmentos de ra\u00edl se presionan entre s\u00ed, creando una uni\u00f3n. Este m\u00e9todo requiere un equipo especial y operarios cualificados para realizarse correctamente. Aunque la soldadura flash a tope se considera un m\u00e9todo eficaz y duradero.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura l\u00e1ser <\/strong>Como m\u00e9todo avanzado, la soldadura l\u00e1ser utiliza tecnolog\u00eda punta para unir segmentos de ra\u00edles. En este m\u00e9todo, se utiliza un l\u00e1ser de alta potencia para fundir y unir ambos extremos de los ra\u00edles. La soldadura l\u00e1ser es un m\u00e9todo ecol\u00f3gico pero caro que debe ser realizado por operarios expertos para crear soldaduras lisas y duraderas.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e9todo de soldadura de ra\u00edles es mejor? Una comparaci\u00f3n exhaustiva<\/strong><\/h3><p>La soldadura es un proceso cr\u00edtico tanto en el mantenimiento como en la construcci\u00f3n. Al crear una v\u00eda continua, la soldadura maximiza la seguridad ferroviaria, lo que repercute directamente en su funcionamiento. En consecuencia, la elecci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo de soldadura de ra\u00edles adecuado desempe\u00f1a un papel vital. Los m\u00e9todos de soldadura de carriles difieren en funci\u00f3n del estado, la aplicaci\u00f3n, el tipo y el material de los carriles. El presupuesto considerado y el tiempo necesario son tambi\u00e9n otros factores primordiales que deben tenerse en cuenta a la hora de elegir los tipos de soldadura de ra\u00edles.
