El proceso de construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas ha evolucionado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-eb4ebb3c\"><div class=\"dynamic-entry-content\"><p>El desarrollo gradual est\u00e1 cambiando con la actualizaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00edas del tren en venta<\/a>. La antigua forma de construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas ferroviarias contaba principalmente con un gran n\u00famero de trabajadores que utilizaban herramientas sencillas. Especialmente cuando se trata de construir un ferrocarril de alta velocidad con v\u00edas alargadas (un tramo de 500 metros de longitud o m\u00e1s), el trabajo eficiente de construcci\u00f3n es esencial.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso de construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas de ferrocarril<\/h3><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Se elige una estaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica lo m\u00e1s cerca posible del lugar de construcci\u00f3n del ferrocarril. All\u00ed se almacena todo el material de v\u00eda necesario para la construcci\u00f3n del ferrocarril. Las traviesas de hormig\u00f3n se colocan estrat\u00e9gicamente. Estas traviesas se cargan posteriormente en los vagones de amarre vac\u00edos y los vagones cargados se trasladan a la m\u00e1quina de construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas para su instalaci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, se suelen utilizar primero otros medios de transporte y s\u00f3lo se coloca una peque\u00f1a cantidad de balasto (o incluso s\u00f3lo dos capas de balasto bajo los ra\u00edles). Los trenes se utilizan para rellenar el balasto lo antes posible tras el tendido de las v\u00edas.<\/p><p>Los trabajos de balasto incluyen numerosas operaciones, como el transporte, la descarga, el extendido, la elevaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda, el revestimiento de la v\u00eda, el apisonado y la conformaci\u00f3n del lecho de balasto. Entre ellas, el transporte y la descarga de balasto se realizan principalmente mediante veh\u00edculos especiales de descarga autom\u00e1tica de balasto. Puede colocar traviesas nuevas, enhebrar carriles nuevos, enganchar el carril a las traviesas.<\/p><p>El nuevo ra\u00edl, que antes se colocaba a lo largo de los laterales de la v\u00eda, se enrosca en las gu\u00edas de ra\u00edl situadas en la parte delantera de la unidad. La operaci\u00f3n de control principal supervisa los sistemas transportadores y el mecanismo de acera. El p\u00f3rtico autopropulsado mantiene las traviesas suministradas a los sistemas transportadores. El p\u00f3rtico se desplaza hasta el transportador de recepci\u00f3n de corbatas, las deposita y vuelve al vag\u00f3n de suministro de corbatas para otra carga. Despu\u00e9s de ser depositadas por el p\u00f3rtico, las bridas se mueven por un sistema transportador a trav\u00e9s de la zona de descarga de bridas. Las traviesas se descargan del mecanismo de colocaci\u00f3n de traviesas y se colocan a una distancia precisa sobre la calzada. Despu\u00e9s de que el carril pase por las gu\u00edas de carril, es guiado hasta una estaci\u00f3n de calibrado. La colocaci\u00f3n final del carril en las traviesas es controlada por un operario que gu\u00eda el carril hasta el asiento de la traviesa. El clipado se lleva a cabo mediante un mecanismo de clipado situado cerca de la parte trasera de la m\u00e1quina. \u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Las traviesas y los ra\u00edles se colocan a la vez<\/li><\/ul><p>Otra forma de instalaci\u00f3n de v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas consiste en colocar carriles premontados con traviesas. Los tramos de ra\u00edles y traviesas se colocan juntos de antemano en la zona log\u00edstica. A continuaci\u00f3n, se cargan en un vag\u00f3n plano especial con ruedas que se transporta a la m\u00e1quina de tendido de v\u00edas. Esta m\u00e1quina tiene una estructura sencilla con una gr\u00faa de brazo que eleva los ra\u00edles montados hasta el balasto. Una vez terminada una secci\u00f3n, se inicia otra elevaci\u00f3n para conectar las dos partes de ra\u00edles.<\/p><p>Las cosas tienen que notarse:<\/p><p>En el proceso de tendido de v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas, la parte delantera del carril nuevo reci\u00e9n tendido debe acolcharse con algo de balasto de forma adecuada para evitar que las ruedas delanteras de la m\u00e1quina de tendido de v\u00edas lo bajen, lo que puede causar dificultades en el proceso siguiente de una conexi\u00f3n ferroviaria. Asimismo, hay que prestar atenci\u00f3n a la situaci\u00f3n del firme, especialmente en zonas con firme blando o malas condiciones geol\u00f3gicas, por lo que deben realizarse trabajos de refuerzo con antelaci\u00f3n. El balasto superior es necesario para formar una base s\u00f3lida. El procedimiento comprende principalmente los siguientes pasos: descarga del balasto - esparcimiento del balasto - elevaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda - revestimiento de la v\u00eda - apisonado.
