Por eso, este m\u00e9todo tambi\u00e9n se conoce como rieles soldados continuos (CWR, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). Dado que las juntas de riel tradicionales causan algunos problemas en la seguridad y el funcionamiento del ferrocarril con el paso del tiempo, la soldadura de rieles se ha convertido en una soluci\u00f3n alternativa.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-group cta is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6c531013 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\"><p>Al soldar los rieles, se aumenta la vida \u00fatil de la v\u00eda y se minimiza la necesidad de mantenimiento. La disposici\u00f3n y las condiciones del lugar, la calidad de soldadura deseada, el material del riel, el presupuesto y el plazo son otros factores que determinan los m\u00e9todos de soldadura de rieles. Los tipos m\u00e1s comunes de soldadura de rieles son los siguientes:<\/p><ul><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura con termita <\/strong>La soldadura t\u00e9rmica de rieles es uno de los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s tradicionales y comunes de soldadura de rieles, que consiste en generar calor extremo mediante una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica derivada de una mezcla de aluminio y \u00f3xido de hierro. El calor generado funde ambos extremos del riel y crea una uni\u00f3n mediante un molde especial. Este m\u00e9todo es adecuado para la soldadura y reparaci\u00f3n en campo, especialmente en casos en los que la sustituci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda es costosa, debido a su rentabilidad, durabilidad y sencillez. Sin embargo, la soldadura de rieles con termita es un proceso que requiere mucho tiempo y no ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lido si el operador no es experto y cualificado.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura por presi\u00f3n de gas <\/strong>La soldadura a presi\u00f3n con gas es otro m\u00e9todo de soldadura de rieles en el que la llama de gas resultante de la reacci\u00f3n entre el ox\u00edgeno y el acetileno (oxiacetileno) calienta ambos extremos de los rieles, haci\u00e9ndolos maleables. A continuaci\u00f3n, los rieles ablandados se forjan aplicando presi\u00f3n para crear una uni\u00f3n sin costuras. La soldadura a presi\u00f3n con gas es adecuada para la soldadura en campo y requiere un equipo especial que implica un alto costo y un proceso que requiere mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, puede ser uno de los mejores m\u00e9todos de soldadura de rieles, ya que crea una uni\u00f3n perfecta y resistente entre dos rieles sin necesidad de utilizar ning\u00fan material de relleno adicional.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico <\/strong>La soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico es un m\u00e9todo vers\u00e1til que se puede utilizar tanto en procesos de construcci\u00f3n como de mantenimiento en la industria ferroviaria. En este m\u00e9todo, el calor generado por un arco el\u00e9ctrico funde los extremos del riel y el electrodo, prepar\u00e1ndolos para formarse y conectarse entre s\u00ed. Adem\u00e1s de su aplicaci\u00f3n tanto en el mantenimiento como en la construcci\u00f3n, la soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico se puede utilizar para varios tipos de rieles. Este m\u00e9todo tambi\u00e9n es rentable y crea una soldadura de alta calidad. Sin embargo, es fundamental realizar correctamente el precalentamiento y todo el proceso de soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico para evitar grietas en la soldadura.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura a tope por chispa <\/strong>La soldadura a tope por chispa, tambi\u00e9n conocida como soldadura por resistencia, es un m\u00e9todo com\u00fan que utiliza la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica para unir dos segmentos de riel. Al pasar una fuerte corriente el\u00e9ctrica a trav\u00e9s del espacio entre los dos extremos del riel, se genera resistencia el\u00e9ctrica. El calor derivado de la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica derrite ligeramente los extremos del riel. A la temperatura adecuada, se presionan los dos segmentos de riel entre s\u00ed, creando una uni\u00f3n. Este m\u00e9todo requiere un equipo especial y operadores cualificados para realizarse correctamente. Aunque la soldadura a tope por chispa se considera un m\u00e9todo eficaz con una gran durabilidad a largo plazo.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soldadura l\u00e1ser <\/strong>Como m\u00e9todo avanzado, la soldadura l\u00e1ser utiliza tecnolog\u00eda de vanguardia para unir segmentos de rieles. En este m\u00e9todo, se utiliza un l\u00e1ser de alta potencia para fundir y unir ambos extremos de los rieles. La soldadura l\u00e1ser es un m\u00e9todo ecol\u00f3gico, pero costoso, que debe ser realizado por operadores expertos para crear soldaduras lisas y duraderas.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e9todo de soldadura de rieles es mejor? Los m\u00e9todos de soldadura de rieles difieren en funci\u00f3n del estado, la aplicaci\u00f3n, el tipo y el material de los rieles. El presupuesto previsto y el tiempo que requiere son otros factores importantes que deben tenerse en cuenta a la hora de elegir los tipos de soldadura de rieles.
