El proceso de construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas ha evolucionado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-eb4ebb3c\"><div class=\"dynamic-entry-content\"><p>El desarrollo gradual est\u00e1 cambiando con la actualizaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vagones de ferrocarril en venta<\/a>. Todo el material necesario para la construcci\u00f3n del ferrocarril se almacena all\u00ed. Se han colocado traviesas de concreto estrat\u00e9gicamente. Por lo tanto, generalmente se utilizan primero otros medios de transporte y solo se coloca una peque\u00f1a cantidad de balasto (o incluso solo dos capas de balasto debajo de los rieles). Se utilizan trenes para rellenar el balasto lo antes posible despu\u00e9s de colocar las v\u00edas.<\/p><p>El trabajo de balastado incluye muchas operaciones, como el transporte, la descarga, la distribuci\u00f3n, la elevaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda, el alineamiento de la v\u00eda, el apisonado y el modelado del lecho de balasto. Entre ellas, el transporte y la descarga del balasto se realizan principalmente con veh\u00edculos especiales autom\u00e1ticos de descarga de balasto. Puede colocar nuevas traviesas, enhebrar nuevos rieles y sujetar los rieles a las traviesas.<\/p><p>El nuevo riel, que anteriormente se colocaba a lo largo de los lados del camino, se enroscaba en las gu\u00edas de riel situadas en la parte delantera de la unidad. El sistema de control principal supervisa los sistemas transportadores y el mecanismo de la acera. El p\u00f3rtico autopropulsado mantiene el suministro de traviesas a los sistemas transportadores. El p\u00f3rtico se desplaza hasta el transportador receptor de traviesas, deposita las traviesas y regresa al vag\u00f3n de suministro de traviesas para cargar otra vez. Despu\u00e9s de ser depositadas por el p\u00f3rtico, las traviesas se desplazan mediante un sistema transportador a trav\u00e9s de la zona de ca\u00edda de traviesas. Las traviesas se descargan del mecanismo de colocaci\u00f3n y se espacian con precisi\u00f3n sobre la plataforma. Despu\u00e9s de que el riel pasa por las gu\u00edas, se dirige a una estaci\u00f3n de calibraci\u00f3n. La colocaci\u00f3n final del riel sobre las traviesas es controlada por un operador que gu\u00eda el riel hasta el asiento de la traviesa. El recorte se lleva a cabo mediante un mecanismo de pinzas cerca de la parte trasera de la m\u00e1quina. \u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Las durmientes y los rieles se colocan al mismo tiempo.<\/li><\/ul><p>Otra forma de instalar v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas consiste en colocar rieles preensamblados con durmientes. Las secciones de rieles y durmientes se colocan juntas con anticipaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea log\u00edstica. Luego se cargan en un vag\u00f3n plano especial con ruedas que se transporta a la m\u00e1quina colocadora de v\u00edas. Esta m\u00e1quina tiene una estructura simple con una gr\u00faa giratoria que baja los rieles ensamblados hasta el balasto. Una vez terminada una secci\u00f3n, comienza otra elevaci\u00f3n para conectar las dos partes de los rieles.<\/p><p>Aspectos a tener en cuenta:<\/p><p>Durante el proceso de colocaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas, la parte delantera del nuevo ra\u00edl reci\u00e9n colocado debe rellenarse adecuadamente con balasto para evitar que las ruedas delanteras de la m\u00e1quina colocadora de v\u00edas lo hundan, lo que podr\u00eda dificultar el proceso posterior de conexi\u00f3n de los ra\u00edles. Adem\u00e1s, se debe prestar atenci\u00f3n al estado de la plataforma, especialmente en zonas con plataforma blanda o condiciones geol\u00f3gicas deficientes, donde se deben realizar trabajos de refuerzo con antelaci\u00f3n.
