Bajo la acci\u00f3n repetida de la carga de vibraci\u00f3n a largo plazo del tren, el balasto presentar\u00e1 problemas como nudos, disminuci\u00f3n de la elasticidad y cortes en la plataforma.<\/li><\/ol><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medidas para reparar y mantener las v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas.<\/h3><p>Las medidas para prevenir el deslizamiento ferroviario consisten principalmente en aumentar la longitud vertical de la l\u00ednea y reforzar la protecci\u00f3n contra el deslizamiento entre la traviesa y la plataforma de la v\u00eda. El m\u00e9todo consiste en mantener la secci\u00f3n transversal est\u00e1ndar de la plataforma de la v\u00eda, garantizar que el espesor del balasto subterr\u00e1neo de la traviesa sea suficiente, que el balasto dentro de la traviesa est\u00e9 lleno y que los hombros de balasto en ambos extremos de la traviesa sean lo suficientemente anchos. Reforzar el apisonado, mantener la v\u00eda lisa y compactar la plataforma de la v\u00eda.<\/p><p>La primera forma de lidiar con los da\u00f1os en los rieles es\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/knowlege\/rail-grinding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rectificado de rieles<\/a>. Utilice una plancha o juntas de riel dobladas para corregir la inclinaci\u00f3n hacia la izquierda y la derecha, y hacia arriba y abajo de la rosca de los rieles. Mantenga la distancia entre dos secciones de rieles dentro de los 8 mm.<\/p><p>El balasto debe mantenerse siempre lleno, uniforme y ordenado, y debe limpiarse seg\u00fan el estado de suciedad de la plataforma de la v\u00eda. Si est\u00e1 rota, solo se sustituir\u00e1n las piezas. Hay una gran cantidad de piezas en el almac\u00e9n de mantenimiento. Estas piezas est\u00e1n clasificadas por secciones, y cambiar la v\u00eda no requiere demasiada mano de obra. Existen veh\u00edculos especiales totalmente autom\u00e1ticos para el cambio de v\u00edas destinados al mantenimiento. Gracias al s\u00f3lido apoyo log\u00edstico, incluso si surgen problemas, estos pueden resolverse en poco tiempo.
