Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tipos de equipos se utilizan habitualmente en los trabajos de mantenimiento y qu\u00e9 funciones cumplen?<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Durante su funcionamiento, las v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas est\u00e1n sometidas al peso de los trenes, a las fuerzas din\u00e1micas generadas por el movimiento y a diversos retos medioambientales. Con el tiempo, las v\u00edas desarrollan defectos y da\u00f1os, mientras que las traviesas y las subrasantes se desgastan gradualmente. Por lo tanto, el mantenimiento regular y de emergencia es esencial para garantizar la seguridad y la fluidez de las v\u00edas. Este trabajo ayuda a prevenir posibles problemas y a resolver los existentes de manera oportuna.
