De este modo, se prolonga la vida \u00fatil de las v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defectos en los rieles<\/h2><p>Cuando se habla del rectificado de rieles, primero hay que mencionar los defectos que estos pueden presentar. Los rieles est\u00e1n sometidos a tensiones extremas y son compactados por las ruedas de los trenes. Es inevitable que aparezcan da\u00f1os en la superficie de los rieles. Entre los defectos m\u00e1s comunes se encuentran el desgaste vertical, el desgaste lateral, la corrugaci\u00f3n, el desgaste por fatiga de contacto (desprendimiento, descascarillado, agrietamiento), el flujo pl\u00e1stico, etc.<\/p><p>Estos defectos independientes del riel provocar\u00e1n un impacto cada vez que pase la rueda del tren, generando una carga varias veces superior a la normal. Por lo tanto, los rieles est\u00e1n sometidos a una gran presi\u00f3n. En circunstancias normales, estos da\u00f1os se agravar\u00e1n a\u00fan m\u00e1s y, en algunos casos graves, provocar\u00e1n fallos en la v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea.<\/p><p>No solo se ven afectados los rieles. Los rieles no pueden absorber toda la energ\u00eda producida por el impacto. Estas sacudidas seguir\u00e1n transmiti\u00e9ndose a otras estructuras de la v\u00eda, como las almohadillas y las traviesas. Finalmente, la plataforma de la v\u00eda se hundir\u00e1 localmente y el ferrocarril perder\u00e1 su estabilidad.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perfil \u00f3ptimo del riel<\/h2><p>Los defectos del riel provocan un cambio en su perfil, lo que hace que el contacto entre el riel y la rueda sea inestable. El rectificado del riel consiste, en realidad, en cortar la superficie del riel, eliminar los defectos y restaurar el perfil \u00f3ptimo del riel. El perfil \u00f3ptimo del riel se muestra a continuaci\u00f3n en la figura.<\/p><p>Cuando el tren circula en l\u00ednea recta o en una curva de gran radio, la banda de rodadura de la rueda est\u00e1 en contacto con la zona B de la cabeza del riel. Por lo tanto, el rectificado preventivo y el rectificado correctivo son como \u201ccurar enfermedades\u201d, y la mejor manera es evitar que los rieles se \u201cenfermen\u201d. Realice un rectificado preventivo peri\u00f3dico para eliminar el da\u00f1o en su estado inicial.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de rectificado de rieles<\/h2><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre-molienda<\/h3><p>El pre-rectificado del riel nuevo puede eliminar la capa descarbonizada y los defectos superficiales en la producci\u00f3n, soldadura, transporte y construcci\u00f3n del riel. Tambi\u00e9n puede optimizar el perfil de la cabeza del riel y mejorar la suavidad de la uni\u00f3n soldada. Adem\u00e1s, puede reparar los da\u00f1os superficiales del riel causados durante el proceso de colocaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda. El desgaste del riel se desarroll\u00f3 en una \u00e9poca de progreso, por lo que garantizar un buen contacto entre las ruedas y los rieles desde el principio puede limitar el da\u00f1o inicial.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rectificado preventivo<\/h3><p>El rectificado preventivo consiste en rectificar los rieles con regularidad, restaurando el perfil del riel para eliminar las grietas por tensi\u00f3n superficial en la fase inicial y controlar adecuadamente la propagaci\u00f3n de las grietas por fatiga de contacto rodante del riel.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rectificado correctivo<\/h3><p>El rectificado correctivo se refiere a la operaci\u00f3n de rectificado del riel despu\u00e9s de que se generan los defectos superficiales. El rectificado correctivo era habitual en los inicios de la tecnolog\u00eda de rectificado de rieles. Se lleva a cabo principalmente para reparar los rieles eliminando los da\u00f1os graves en sus superficies, como grietas por fatiga, ondulaciones, desprendimientos, fluencia pl\u00e1stica y otros defectos.<\/p><p>La siguiente figura muestra el efecto del rectificado preventivo y el rectificado correctivo en la vida \u00fatil del riel. La l\u00ednea amarilla representa el rectificado preventivo. Cada rectificado retrasar\u00e1 el desarrollo del da\u00f1o y aumentar\u00e1 la vida \u00fatil del riel. Existen principalmente tres formas.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rectificado de zapatas deslizantes<\/li><\/ul><p>El rectificado con zapata deslizante consiste en rectificar la superficie del riel presionando la muela sobre el riel para realizar un movimiento rec\u00edproco. Este m\u00e9todo de rectificado solo permite rectificar la cabeza del riel longitudinalmente y no permite ajustar el perfil del riel ni rectificar el cambio. Adem\u00e1s, la velocidad de rectificado es baja. Este m\u00e9todo se ha ido eliminando gradualmente.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Muela abrasiva<\/li><\/ul><p>El rectificado con muela abrasiva suele utilizar una muela giratoria de alta velocidad accionada por un motor el\u00e9ctrico o un motor hidr\u00e1ulico para rectificar el riel. Se trata de un m\u00e9todo de rectificado activo y actualmente es el principal m\u00e9todo de rectificado. Este tipo de rectificado se denomina rectificado de rieles de alta velocidad debido a la rapidez con la que se realiza.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Molienda<\/li><\/ul><p>El fresado es un nuevo tipo de modo de reparaci\u00f3n del perfil de los rieles. La fresa se instala en la superficie radial de la rueda fresadora. Cada secci\u00f3n de fresado est\u00e1 equipada con varias fresas. Hay varias secciones de fresado por rueda fresadora. De esta manera, todas las fresas forman el perfil de la cabeza del riel que se va a completar.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las ventajas del rectificado de carriles<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mejorar la interacci\u00f3n entre la rueda y el riel modificando el perfil del riel, reduciendo as\u00ed la tensi\u00f3n y el desgaste del contacto entre la rueda y el riel.<\/li><li>Corregir o controlar la ondulaci\u00f3n de los rieles. Estos defectos aumentar\u00e1n el riesgo de da\u00f1os en los rieles e incluso reducir\u00e1n la eficacia de la detecci\u00f3n ultras\u00f3nica de defectos en los rieles.<\/li><li>Corregir o controlar otros defectos del riel (como el rodamiento de las ruedas, el aplastamiento, las grietas verticales y longitudinales de la cabeza del riel).<\/li><li>Reducir los efectos adversos del movimiento de las ruedas y los bogies.<\/li><li>Reducir el ruido y las vibraciones, reducir las irregularidades verticales de las juntas comunes y las juntas soldadas, y controlar la ondulaci\u00f3n de los rieles.<\/li><li>Aliviar los efectos adversos de la rueda con gran carga por eje y mejorar las condiciones de contacto entre la rueda y el riel.<\/li><li>Hacer que los rieles y las ruedas hagan contacto correctamente, reduciendo la inestabilidad lateral del veh\u00edculo (deslizamiento lateral).<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El efecto econ\u00f3mico del rectificado de rieles<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El rectificado preventivo puede prolongar la vida \u00fatil de las v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas.
