Es wird auch als \u201cKreuzung\u201d bezeichnet. Als Teil der Weiche bildet es den Bereich, in dem sich zwei Schienen kreuzen. Die Kreuzungsschiene und die Fl\u00fcgelschienen sind die Hauptbestandteile des Herzst\u00fccks.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-eb4ebb3c\"><div class=\"dynamic-entry-content\"><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um zu verstehen, wie die Weichenheringe funktionieren, m\u00fcssen wir uns zun\u00e4chst einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Weiche verschaffen. Eine Weiche ist eine Anordnung von Vorrichtungen, die zusammenwirken und es den R\u00e4dern erm\u00f6glichen, von einer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eisenbahnschiene<\/a>\u00a0zueinander. Zu dieser Gruppe geh\u00f6ren vor allem Hauptschienen, Weichenzungen, Schlie\u00dfschienen, Herzst\u00fccke, Leitschienen und andere Verbindungsteile. Die Weichenzungen sind der bewegliche Teil der Weiche. Die Verschlussschienen verbinden die Weichenzungen mit dem Herzst\u00fcck. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt kann die Radst\u00fctze in den Spurkranzkanal in den Spalt zwischen den beiden Schienen fallen, da sie fest auf diesen beiden Schienen aufliegt; daher rollt sie einfach entlang der Fl\u00fcgelschiene, greift in die Herzspitze ein, w\u00e4hrend sie auf die Herzschiene \u00fcbergeben wird, und rollt hindurch. Aufgrund dieser Geometrie wird sichergestellt, dass das Fahrzeug ohne St\u00f6\u00dfe oder Herabfallen in den Spurkranzraum im Herzst\u00fcck durch das Herzst\u00fcck rollt. Entscheidend ist, dass der Spurkranzkanal so schmal wie m\u00f6glich und die Lauffl\u00e4che des Rades so breit wie m\u00f6glich ist, damit dies geschehen kann. Dadurch kann das Rad die Flanschschiene entlangrollen, \u00fcber die Herzspitze hinweg und dann auf die Herzschiene rollen. \u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arten von Weichenherzen<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je nach Form der Weiche unterscheidet man zwischen geraden und gebogenen Weichen. Eine weitere Einteilung erfolgt nach der Bauart. Weichen k\u00f6nnen entweder aus zwei miteinander verbundenen, maschinell bearbeiteten Schienen gefertigt oder als ein einziges Gussteil hergestellt werden.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fester Frosch<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kombinierter Frosch<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die kombinierte Herzst\u00fcckkonstruktion besteht aus Stahlschienen und weiteren Bauteilen, die zugeschnitten und montiert werden. Sie setzt sich aus der Kreuzungsnase, der Fl\u00fcgelschiene, einem Distanzst\u00fcck, einer Herzst\u00fcckunterlage und weiteren Teilen zusammen. Der Herstellungsprozess ist einfach, da keine besonderen verfahrenstechnischen Anforderungen bestehen. Durch die Ver\u00e4nderung der Position des beweglichen Teils im Herzst\u00fcck kann die Arbeitsseite der Fl\u00fcgelschiene oder der Kreuzungsnase \u00fcberlappen, um eine durchgehende Fahrbahn f\u00fcr den vorbeifahrenden Zug zu schaffen. Dadurch kann die L\u00fccke am Kreuzungspunkt beseitigt werden, was die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, die Geschwindigkeit der Z\u00fcge, die Weichen passieren, erheblich zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weichen mit beweglichem Herzst\u00fcck verl\u00e4ngern die Lebensdauer des Herzst\u00fccks. Langj\u00e4hrige Betriebserfahrungen haben gezeigt, dass die Lebensdauer der Weiche mit beweglichem Herzst\u00fcck 6- bis 9-mal so lang ist wie die des gleichen Modells aus hochmanganhaltigem Stahlguss. Aufgrund dieser Unterschiede lassen sie sich nur schwer miteinander verschwei\u00dfen. Bei einer direkten Verschwei\u00dfung kommt es zu Rissfehlern. Die derzeitige fortschrittliche Technologie besteht darin, ein Material mit guten Schwei\u00dfeigenschaften als Zwischenmaterial zu w\u00e4hlen, um die Schwei\u00dfverbindung herzustellen.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hochmanganstahl ist ein einphasiger austenitischer Stahl. Diese Struktur weist eine hohe Anf\u00e4lligkeit f\u00fcr Hei\u00dfrisse auf und neigt in der W\u00e4rmeeinflusszone leicht zur Bildung von Verfl\u00fcssigungsrissen. Daher sollten der Erw\u00e4rmungsgrad und die Erw\u00e4rmungszeit beim Schwei\u00dfen reduziert werden. Die Stahlschiene weist einen hohen Kohlenstoffgehalt auf. Um Schwei\u00dfrisse w\u00e4hrend des Schwei\u00dfens zu vermeiden, ist es notwendig, vor dem Schwei\u00dfen vorzuw\u00e4rmen und nach dem Schwei\u00dfen abzuk\u00fchlen. Wenn man hochmanganhaltige Stahlkreuzungen und hochkohlenstoffhaltige Stahlschienen direkt miteinander verschwei\u00dft, sind sowohl der Schwei\u00dfprozess als auch die Auswahl der Schwei\u00dfmaterialien schwieriger. Daher besteht die weltweit fortschrittlichste Technologie darin, ein Material mit guten Schwei\u00dfeigenschaften als Zwischenmedium zu w\u00e4hlen, um die Schwei\u00dfverbindung der beiden Werkstoffe zu realisieren. In der Vergangenheit beherrschten nur wenige L\u00e4nder wie \u00d6sterreich und Frankreich diese Schwei\u00dftechnik.
