Dies hat zur Entwicklung einer neuen Generation intelligenter Gro\u00dfmaschinen f\u00fcr die Gleiswartung gef\u00fchrt, die mit vollst\u00e4ndig unabh\u00e4ngigen geistigen Eigentumsrechten in China entwickelt wurden. Nach ihrer Vorstellung bei CRCC Equipment im Dezember 2024 und ihrem ersten Einsatz auf den Eisenbahnstrecken in Yunnan im Juni 2025 konzentriert sich diese Testreihe auf die extreme Steigung von 28,5 \u2030 und Abschnitte mit Neigungsunterschieden zwischen 12 \u2030 und 28,5 \u2030 entlang der Eisenbahnstrecke Lijiang-Shangri-La. W\u00e4hrend des Betriebs nutzt die neue Generation der Gro\u00dfwartungsmaschinen die Kernvorteile ihres Verbrennungsmotors mit elektrischem Antrieb voll aus und \u00fcberwindet damit die \u201cH\u00f6henkrankheit\u201d, mit der herk\u00f6mmliche Gro\u00dfwartungsmaschinen in H\u00f6henlagen zu k\u00e4mpfen haben. Das intelligente Analyse- und Steuerungssystem erkennt automatisch Steigungsparameter und passt die Betriebseinstellungen in Echtzeit pr\u00e4zise an. Jeder Aspekt, von der Gleisinspektion \u00fcber die Fahrzeugvorbereitung bis hin zur Notfallunterst\u00fctzung, wurde streng kontrolliert. Trotz schwieriger Bedingungen wie erheblichen H\u00f6henunterschieden und d\u00fcnner Luft bewiesen die Mitarbeiter ein hohes Ma\u00df an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement und sorgten daf\u00fcr, dass der gesamte Testprozess sicher und kontrollierbar blieb.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u201cNach sechsmonatigen Feldtests hat sich die neue Generation gro\u00dfformatiger Gleiswartungsmaschinen vollst\u00e4ndig an die Wartungsanforderungen verschiedener komplexer Umgebungen angepasst.
