Der Prozess des Eisenbahnschienenbaus hat sich in den letzten Jahren weiterentwickelt.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-eb4ebb3c\"><div class=\"dynamic-entry-content\"><p>Die schrittweise Entwicklung ver\u00e4ndert sich mit der Aufr\u00fcstung von\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eisenbahnschienen zu verkaufen<\/a>. Fr\u00fcher basierte der Gleisbau haupts\u00e4chlich auf der Anzahl der Arbeiter, die einfache Werkzeuge verwendeten. Seit der Einf\u00fchrung und dem Einsatz moderner Gleisbaumaschinen hat sich die Situation grundlegend ge\u00e4ndert. Mit verschiedenen Arten moderner Maschinen l\u00e4sst sich die Arbeit viel einfacher erledigen, was Arbeitskraft und Zeit spart. Insbesondere beim Bau einer Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahn mit langen Schienen (ein Abschnitt 500 Meter oder mehr) ist eine effiziente Bauausf\u00fchrung unerl\u00e4sslich.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prozess des Baus von Eisenbahnschienen<\/h3><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Logistische Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Eine Logistikstation wird so nah wie m\u00f6glich an der Eisenbahnbaustelle ausgew\u00e4hlt. Dort wird das gesamte f\u00fcr den Eisenbahnbau ben\u00f6tigte Gleismaterial gelagert. Beton-Schwellen wurden strategisch platziert. Diese Schwellen werden sp\u00e4ter auf die leeren Schwellenwagen geladen und die beladenen Wagen werden zur Gleisbaumaschine transportiert, um dort verlegt zu werden. Bei einer anderen Gelegenheit werden Schienen auf den hier vorger\u00fcckten Schwellen verlegt und sp\u00e4ter maschinell auf das Gleisbett gelegt.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3804 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/logistic-preparation-preassembled-sleepers-and-rails.jpg\" data-sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/logistic-preparation-preassembled-sleepers-and-rails.jpg 625w, https:\/\/railroadrails.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/logistic-preparation-preassembled-sleepers-and-rails-300x185.jpg 300w\" alt=\"Logistische Vorbereitung \u2013 vormontierte Schwellen und Schienen\" width=\"625\" height=\"385\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 625px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 625\/385;\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">vorgefertigte Schwellen und Schienen<br \/><br \/><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Unteres Ballastieren<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Theoretisch sollten die Schienen auf dem vorgefertigten und verdichteten Gleisbett verlegt werden, aber aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Menge an Schotter, die pro Kilometer Eisenbahnstrecke ben\u00f6tigt wird (bis zu 2.000 m3 pro Kilometer), muss die Eisenbahn selbst f\u00fcr den Transport genutzt werden, um die Frachtkosten zu senken und die Bauzeit zu verk\u00fcrzen. Daher werden in der Regel zun\u00e4chst andere Transportmittel eingesetzt und nur eine geringe Menge Schotter (oder sogar nur zwei Schotterlagen unter den Schienen) verlegt. Nach dem Verlegen der Gleise wird der Schotter so schnell wie m\u00f6glich mit Z\u00fcgen aufgef\u00fcllt.<\/p><p>Die Schotterarbeiten umfassen viele Vorg\u00e4nge wie Transport, Entladen, Verteilen, Anheben der Gleise, Ausrichten der Gleise, Stampfen und Formen des Schotterbettes. Der Transport und das Entladen des Schotters werden meist mit speziellen automatischen Schotterentladungsfahrzeugen durchgef\u00fchrt. Sie kann neue Schwellen verlegen, neue Schienen einf\u00e4deln und die Schienen an den Schwellen befestigen.<\/p><p>Die neue Schiene, die zuvor an den Seiten des Weges positioniert war, der zu den Schienenf\u00fchrungen an der Vorderseite der Einheit f\u00fchrte. Die Hauptsteuerung \u00fcberwacht die F\u00f6rdersysteme und den Gehwegmechanismus. Das selbstfahrende Portalkran versorgt die F\u00f6rdersysteme mit Schwellen. Das Portalkran bewegt sich zum Schwellenaufnahmetransportband, legt die Schwellen ab und kehrt zum Schwellenvorratswagen zur\u00fcck, um eine weitere Ladung aufzunehmen. Nachdem die Schwellen vom Portalkran abgelegt wurden, werden sie von einem F\u00f6rdersystem durch den Schwellenablagebereich transportiert. Die Schwellen werden aus dem Schwellenverlegemechanismus entladen und in genauem Abstand auf dem Gleisbett abgelegt. Nachdem die Schiene die Schienenf\u00fchrungen passiert hat, wird sie in eine Messstation gef\u00fchrt. Die endg\u00fcltige Platzierung der Schiene auf den Schwellen wird von einem Bediener gesteuert, der die Schiene auf den Schwellenablageplatz f\u00fchrt. Das Befestigen erfolgt durch einen Zangenmechanismus im hinteren Bereich der Maschine. \u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Schwellen und Schienen werden gleichzeitig verlegt.<\/li><\/ul><p>Eine weitere M\u00f6glichkeit der Gleisverlegung besteht darin, die Schienen mit Schwellen vormontiert zu verlegen. Die Schienen- und Schwellenabschnitte werden vorab im Logistikbereich zusammengesetzt. Anschlie\u00dfend werden sie auf einen speziellen Flachwagen mit R\u00e4dern geladen, der zur Gleisverlegemaschine transportiert wird. Diese Maschine hat einen einfachen Aufbau mit einem Auslegerkran, der die montierten Schienen auf den Schotter hebt. Nachdem ein Abschnitt fertiggestellt ist, beginnt ein weiterer Hub, um die beiden Schienenteile miteinander zu verbinden.<\/p><p>Zu beachten:<\/p><p>Beim Verlegen von Eisenbahnschienen sollte die Vorderseite der gerade verlegten neuen Schiene ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df mit etwas Schotter unterlegt werden, um zu verhindern, dass sie durch die Vorderr\u00e4der der Gleisverlegungsmaschine abgesenkt wird, was zu Schwierigkeiten beim anschlie\u00dfenden Verbinden der Schienen f\u00fchren kann. Au\u00dferdem ist auf den Zustand des Gleisbettes zu achten, insbesondere in Bereichen mit weichem Gleisbett oder schlechten geologischen Bedingungen, wo vorab Verst\u00e4rkungsarbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt werden sollten. Der Oberballast wird ben\u00f6tigt, um ein solides Fundament zu bilden.
