Manchmal stellen Arbeiter bei der Inspektion der Gleise fest, dass einige Teile nicht rechtzeitig ausgetauscht werden k\u00f6nnen. Dann bleibt ihnen nur die Schwei\u00dfmethode. Die Arbeiter f\u00fchren an den problematischen Stellen eine Thermit-Schwei\u00dfung durch.
